JT's Birthday Cards

Over the Labor Day weekend Gary & I went to FL to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. It was originally going to be a surprise party for him because he always makes sure everyone else down there has a birthday party but the guy that was planning it just couldn't keep the secret from him! Men! A woman would have had the party planned, catered and everyone right outside his door without him ever suspecting a thing! LOL!! We had a great time and really enjoy getting to see "the guys" because it's so long between our visits.


The first card was the first one JT opened (sorry for the blurry picture) and I made sure to use UGA colors! He loved it and I thought it turned out pretty darn well! :c)

The second card was next and everyone got a good laugh out of this one. I used a retired set (Over The Hill) and couldn't wait to get this card created! One of the guys & his wife couldn't make it to the party but he'll get a view of this card in November for his 51st b.day! ;c)

These cards are just too much fun to create but they do take a little practice to get the spiral just right.
